What began as Mathijs's youthful fascination with old objects at flea markets and auctions has grown into a serious and trusted antiques business based in Leeuwarden. Together with his wife Zoë, he has been trading and valuing antiques for clients at home and abroad for more than ten years.

Our specialty lies in Asian antiques, archaeology, antique tiles, Delftware, jewellery and antiques in general from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.

We believe every object carries a story — of its maker, of the family who lived with it, of the era in which it was created. During every visit we take the time to discover that story together with you.

Over the years we have been able to help thousands of families and collectors. Often people who have inherited something and are not sure where to start, collectors who want to convert their collection, or families facing a house clearance. We approach every situation with respect, patience and honesty.
